lump on brain

I have been suffering from terrible headaches for about half a year now. They strike at completely random times and have nothing to do with whether or not I sleep well or not, or what I eat, etc. Now, I read on some site that it could be caused by a lump on the brain. What do you think?

A friend has eyebrows that are constantly going up and down as he talks.
