ever since yesterday I get this sharp pain in the top of my head that shoots down into my eyes nose and teeth on that side when I turn my head. It doesn't always do it every time I turn my head but more often than not and it's been going on for 24 hours now. I am a chronic worrier so it freaks me out really bad, & I have no money to go to the doctor so I don't know what to do. I thought it would help if I could see if anyone else on here has had this happen. I'm wondering if it could possibly be a pinched nerve in the neck that could cause this since it came on so suddenly? my neck feels kind of tight. the day before that I was actually having pains in my left temple and a lot of pressure on that side of my face but that seems to be gone now that I'm dealing with this. I have been having headaches more frequently lately too. I always go straight to thinking I have brain cancer or an aneurysm or brain parasite or anything you can think of that would be terrible. I just want to know that I am okay. :-(
