I have been dealing with pressure and pain but not migrane pains I know all to well what those feel like. It is like the back of my head is going to explode, this pain has just started up and nothing I have done has help and I have this amazingly loud ringing noise in my ears, and that started way before now. It makes me dizzy and light headed so much I cant even stand up or open my eyes for that matter. Anything you can tell me would be extremely grateful.
