17 year old with health problems

well i'm 17 and for 2 or 3 months now i've been shaking constantly even after eating and sleeping, and get daily headaches that are slowly becoming more painfull, and dizziness 2 or more times a day...and just monday pain with every breath i took but it only happened on that day for about an hour!
