Feel like passing out, then vision looks as if my eyes are opened under water

In the past 4 month this has happened to me twice. Out of nowhere, I feel as if Im going to pass out, and this is followed by my vision appearing as if my eyes were opened under water. My vision starts to close in as if I were in a tunnel. Any thoughts?

Vagal nerve stimulation

What is vagal nerve stimulation and does it works? My wife and I are considering this new treatment which involves an operation to stimulate nerves in the neck for our son. He is 14 and he has epilepsy for several years which is very difficult to control with medication.

Brain Surgery In Two Days

A friend of mine has to undergo for brain surgery in two days. He was diagnosed with dangerous aneurysms in his brain which can be fatal for him. I don’t know how serious this operation can be. He was accidentally diagnosed with cerebral aneurysms. I hope that it is not very risky procedure.
