I have not had a good nights sleep without the help of sleeping pill for the last 17 years. 12 months ago my doctor decided to take me off medication and I just cant cope without them. Since then I have become addicted to co-codamol and over the counter sleep aid. I am getting counciling for this but I was wondering if you could recommend an alternative to these problems I have.


I know It's taboo. But Cannabis can help with insomnia among other things. Yerba Mate tea can help balance sleep cycles. Melatonin helps too.

  Also there is this drug called Phenibut that is used by Russian astronauts you can buy online and it is supposed to help A lot with social anxiety and sleep. Mine is in the mail at the moment. Hope this helps, take care.
