why does it me irritable when i hear other people clear their throats?

For a long time now i have noticed that when i hear others clear their throat it makes me feel irritable. it is kind of the same feeling when someone scratches a chalk board with their nails. i feel this may be some type of dissorder. can anyone relate?

Reoccurring symptoms of Bell's Palsy

Has anyone, while recovering from this, had the infected side suddenly seize up? It feels like my infected side makes my eye smaller. When I pull down my mouth during exercises, the eye comes with it. Feels the opposite of when it was drooping before. Is this normal or a set back? Anyone?
