It's been about a week that I've felt what I thought was super tired since I haven't been sleeping great, but I knock out for 7-9 hours and I'm still just as exhausted as the previous days. I noticed my blood pressure was much lower than I'm use to (I tend to have high due to my heart problem and on occasion I take Atenolol, but I haven't needed to take any for awhile), I'm also type 2 diabetic(a rare one as I'm no where near over-weight, my pancreas has nearly stopped working), but my blood sugar is fine. I'm having this constant feeling like I'm going to pass out and it's a task to prevent my body was wanting to collapse, which is why I feel weak. I also have headaches, which I've always dealt with, but this makes the "pass-out" feeling worse. (I also have an constant inflammation condition that limits my diet to a few things and I know I'm not getting the right or proper nutrient doses, but 95% of foods cause my body serious pain and sickness, plus I have intestinal issues so 99% of oral meds I can't take. I'm taking a colostrums supplement that is suppose to help possibly heal my inflammation condition, but it takes time, from several months to a year.)
Money is very tight and I can't run to the doctor every time something comes up unless it's something really serious. So any help to figure out what's causing these symptoms would be much appreciated!
I also just started taking some iron tabs as I'm probably deficient with my very limited diet, but might not notice anything for a couple days. Would this help?
