Hi, my mother is 56 years old and she discovered that she is suffering from Alzheimers disease when she visited her doctor last week. I have heard that phospatidyl serine may cause some positive effects in early stages of this disease. I would like to hear if someone knows something more about this.

Cannot Sleep for hours

I need some advice I cannot fall asleep for hours, and when I eventually do, I am constantly dreaming strange things. It ahs been like this for past 2 months. In the morning I fell tired. I trued some sleeping drugs but they don’t work for me. I get only 4 hours of sleep at night.
