Hi, I would like some answers concerning my mother’s allodynia. She has been diagnosed with this condition last week, and she also suffers from migraine (for almost two decades). Is allodynia anyhow linked with migraine? Perhaps, if the migraine is gone, allodynia will be gone too. What do you think?

It is possible that additional pain your mother is experiencing is because of the existing migraine. So, you are right, but it is not possible for the migraine just to disappear, it is something that will most likely follow her for the rest of her life. But the good thing is that allodynia pain can be subdued with medications too.
