bad sleeping for almost a month

It's near a month that I have bad sleeping , every other day or less. I sleep, then after 20 to 30 minutes I wake up and can't sleep again. After an hour I get stressful and nervous .... What do you suggest to me? Regards

%-) Hi Ifor about the last year I everyday I feel like I am going to faint if I stand for too long or if I have been sitting down for a while and then I stand up. I have to eat all day or I also feel like I am going to faint and by the end of the day I have a really big head ache and my eyes hurt....
