Are pins and needles in my feet and toes signs of MS?

Hi all. I've been experiencing pins and needles in my feet and toes for a month. I also have occasional pain in my thighs and hips. I'm really worried that these might be the early signs of MS? Please advise.

I have for as long as I remember being tired all the time. Just in the past year now im tired, have body aches, and have nausea. I've been to the doctor he just said I have fibromyalgia which I think is bull.. he just told me to take ibprophen every day. There must be something else wrong..everyday...

Lightheadedness, dizziness, and passing out
