bells palsy now for 9 months. recently having humming in the affected ear

I have had bells palsy for 9 months now. I just recently had a botox treatment to help with my synkenises.  but my main concern is a new symptom that im having now. A humming in my affected ear. Has anyone had this happen and is it even related to the bells?
