Left eye twitching for a week

My left eye is twitching every 2-3 seconds. This is lasting for a week and it's driving me nuts. I can't concentrate on anything because of this. What could cause this twitching? I don't have an insurance so I can't go to the doctor. I don't drink, smoke or use drugs. Please help.

I had a MRI done Tuesday, Thursday they come back and tell me I have a sinus infection but I don't have any symptoms of one.. My doctor set it up because I'm having numbness & tingling in my arms, blurry vision, panic attacks, severe fatigue & Vertigo... Its not like any vertigo I can find...
