i got my tongue pierced 4 days ago and there is some yellowish white stuff around it, don't know if it is puss or if it is just dead skin and its staring to heal? will i just make sure i keep cleaning it with mouthwash and salt water?

torn little tendon underneath the tongue.

SO my boyfriend and I were making out and he sucked on my tongue to hard and caused a little part of that tendon or muscle underneath my tongue to tear at the top. It bled for about 5 minutes then stopped but it's still sore and a little swollen. Any suggestions on how to help the healing process?
