Could it be his galbladder?

My husband has heartburn, bitter taste in mouth, burning stools and often diarrea. I would appreciate if you could tell me what the cause can be. He eats healthy and never smoked. He is only 36. He has minor stress. Could it be his galbladder? or could it be a digestion problem? I have googled but can no where find all 4 symptoms together.
