turning black above my top lip

I have Interestial Lung disease, and am on oxygen and am coming off prednizone. I am down to 2 mg a day now. I have started turning black around my mouth a little over a week ago. What do I need to do or is this normal.

I have braces and I just noticed that where the crown starts wich is on my molar teeth I have a bump on my gum , It's white but it's swollen and it kinda hurts when I eat or my tongue touches it .

upper lip discoloration

I have found white spots on my upper lip. It's not noticable just by looking at me. But when you lift my upper lip I have white spots on my lip. Lately I can feel them They don't hurt and they look like little pimples is the best way to explain them.
