Bump on lip

I have had this medium size bump on the inside of my lip for about 3 1/2 weeks now. It doesn't hurt at all, I can pinch it and poke it and no pain whatsoever. I went to the doctor and she said it looked like a deep bruise or just a blood blister and to come back if I doesn't go away in 3 weeks ....

For the past 2 days I feel like I have a hair on the left side of my mouth and it's driving me crazy!  I take meds for various things and supplements for myrofiyralga.  The other day I let my dog lick my ice cream cup clean and then ate of the spoon.  Does anybody know what it is
