Why my dentist thinks it is a big deal to take out a tooth? I mean I will just miss the tooth. Why is important for him to save one.

Please help me! I have got a painful lump on my tongue. It wasn't there yesterday. It is small but big enough to see and it has a white head on top. It hurts every time I touch it o eat or drink anything. Please tell me, what is this? Is it serious? What is the treatment for this?

pimple on lip

i had a pimple come up on my lower lip but it really didnt look like a pimple more like an antbite, it became very swollen and hot very painful i popped it with a needle and now thers a scab but this morning i got another one right above it , what is it and should i pop this one too
