Okay so i got my tongue pirced about 3 weeks ago now, and iv made a real bad rip at the top of my tongue the rip comes forward. Im worried because it dosent seem to wants to heal and im worried if it dosent heal its going to lead to infection. I smoke and i wash my mouth out all the time after smoking, so hopefully no infection will settle in. But can someone just reasure me that the rip will heal or not. Because if it dosent im going to have to take it out. Thanks.

you need to get this seen to asap, to prevent the risk of infection or worse, also you risk speech impediments if masses of scar tissue form. Hope this helps

As Casig says, get this checked out now. Let the doctor remove the piercing. It will help them understand how the damage occurred and what can be done about it.
You should also not smoke, at least until it is healed.
