Can you kiss someone when you're having lips ulcer?

I had a week of holiday, so I ate a lot of junk food...and apparently I didn't drink enough water as well, which causes a couple of tiny ulcer appear on my lower lip. Can I still kiss someone on their lips? Or any other parts in general.

Hi, I'm only twelve but I think that I have my wisdom teeth growing in already. I went online and some people said that the average 12 year old should only have 26 teeth but then others say 28. Which one is the right answer? Because I have 28, 26 plus the two teeth growing all the way in the back.
