My stomach sits on my left lung after surgery

A few years ago I had a subclavian bypass done and the surgeon clipped the nerve to my diaphram. It didn't heal for three years. Now my stomach sits on my left lung. Have trouble breathing when I eat anything.....Does anyone know how they fix this type of problem?

Strange lump on my left top gum
