Problem with burning tongue

my doctor says I have acid refec, but my tongue burns and looks like there are burn spots on it, it is also hard to eat I have to eat soft things and I can't eat mustard, ketchup, pickles,spices, because it burnes my tongue. any answers?

The inside of my hole looks like it is yellowish or maybe its just normal...I had to go back and get a longer tongue Ring because the top ball was sinking into my tongue...is this normal and if so should it be bigger then the normal size ball on the barbell they use to pierce it with?
