White bumb on lips

hey ! I have recently noticed that in the corners of my mouth i have little bumbs then in the cent of my lips i have a big white pimple looking bump, it really scares me. But i have googled it and alot of sites say it is just pimples, but it still scares me, any ideas what it is?
