Polyps on roof of mouth

For four years i have had a polyps on the roof  of my mouth .It didnt bother me so i left it alone .Now its making my dentures unsteady .So i am going to the dentist next week to be refered to hospital to have it removed .I am terrified of hospitals .Any one else had this procedure done please?

Sore tongue and itchy throat

I had a fever followed by coughing, runny nose, headaches, and an itchy throat. The fever is gone, but now the left side of my tounge is sore. No bumps, just sore. It could of occurred due to coughing too much. Any advice?¿ How do I make the soreness go away?¿

Tongue piercing infected?

I've had my tongue piercing for 5 months and a few days ago it started hurting. Well today I noticed a bit of discharge. It's does not hurt as much but the discharge is kind of worrying me. Is it infected? I've started to rinse my mouth with salt water everytime I eat. Is this enough?
