rib and back pain when I breathe deep or swallow solid food

I need help When I breathe deeply or move a certain way I get a sharp stabbing pain in my back right blow my right shoulder blade that radiates to my sternum like an arrow going through my back to my front. eating ice excessively...and excessive coughing

So, my mom eats ice all the time!!! she has for a while...but for the last year, i've noticed since i've lived with her that she coughs a lot also...could that be part of it? She also uses a lot of hairspray....could that have something to do with it too?

Pain on the upper right side of underneath my rib cage hurts to move breathe
