pls help..my result was fibroreticular densities are seen n both lungs more in the upper lobes with hazy components densities in the right mid lung zone.what is it??please i really wanted to know more about it

HI, Good day! Suspicious reticular infiltrates are seen in the right upper lobe. The heart is not enlarged. Mediastinum, diaphragm, sulci and bony thorax are intact. This is the result of our annual exam. Hope you can explain how is this... Thanks you Very much. God Bless you. Charlie

What does "Focal eventration of the right hemidiaphragm is noted" mean?

These are my results: re are no active parenchymal opacities in both lungs. Pulmonary vascular markings are not accentuated. Heart is not enlarged. Focal eventration of the right hemidiaphragm is noted. Left hemidiaphragm and both costophrenic sulci are intact. Bony thorax is unremarkable....

my friend got a chest x ray result like this..what does this mean?  Suspicious densities seen in the left upper lobe. The cardiac shadow is not enlarged. The diaphragm and costophrenic sulci are intact. No abnormality is noted in the thoracic cage structure....
