ill defined at the both upper lobe. the heart is not enlarged. the rest of the chest structures are unremarkable

Re: Lordotic view suggested, the rest of the lungs field are clear

Got my APE result today. Suspicious infiltrates are noted in the right apex for which a lordotic view is suggested The rest of the lungs fields are clear Hila and the pulmonary vessels are within normal limits Heart is not enlarged No other remarkable findings. Is this serious? Help! Thank you B

Me I know what does it means? ..Suspiciously density is seen in the right upper love.. Suggest apico lordotic view. Heart is not enlarge.Trachea is at the midline. CP sulci are intact..please I need your reply..thank you very much..
