Me I know what does it means? ..Suspiciously density is seen in the right upper love.. Suggest apico lordotic view. Heart is not enlarge.Trachea is at the midline. CP sulci are intact..please I need your reply..thank you very much..

Hi Miley,

The apicolordotic view is an x-ray taken at a different angle to better image the tops (apex) of the lungs.

They see something but it could just be an artifact, a shadow. It could also be an infection, possibly PTB.

See your doctor for more information.
