Difficulty breathing, erection problems

I am 61 year old who had a triple bypass 15 months ago. Before the bypass I had breathing problems, diffficulty getting and maintaining an erection, hypothyroid and high blood pressure. I still have all these problems but the bypass urgers was a success I am told. What do you make of this.
