Hi! I read a lot articles about disease, because I have problem with my health. I feel pain in my chest, and pain in my ribs. It could be costochronditis or it can be pleurisy. I had very bad cold month ago. I didn’t go to doctor, because I am afraid what he will tell me. What should I do?

I have been breastfeeding my twins for almost 4 months now, and approx 6 times I have had a very sharp feeling in my chest that lingures into my back lasting about 15 min. I called my Dr. and they think it is pleurisy, because I am dehidrated from nursing............does this sound right??
