upper back pain/hard to breathe

hello,I was wondering does anyone have any answers or suggestions?  I have experienced upper back pain on my right side and it is causing me to have a hard time taking deep breathes.  I havent strained myself or anything to my knowledge.  Can anyone help me?

I have pain on my right side just below my ribs and up towards my neck. It comes and gos and I have suffered with it for about 5 years now. I have had scans and tests at the doctors and they have not found anything. Please help! %-)
