i was taking a shower and i was using a washcloth to wash my penis and i guess i concentrated to much on that area cause i think it burned the skin off the head, and now it really burns and it only hurts when i touch it or walk around. does ne one know how long this will take to cure.

Around 1cm in diameter, this red thing (not really a bump; imagine flat, redder mouth ulcer on your penis) hurts when I touch it and when the skin gets tight IE erection. Painful when washed with water as well. What might this condition be? I'm also a virgin.
