I have a short penis and it's covered with foreskin. When it's soft, it's like 4-5 inches and when it gets hard, it's like 8-9 inches. I'm soo scared that it'll be a problem when i'm having sex? I'm 16 right now and i'm planning to have a circumcision. What do u think i should do and what's ur suggestions? Help please!!!

My boyfriend isn't circumcised either. You have nothing to worry about. It won't effect you at all, besides maybe ejaculating quickly. Just for your information, I wouldn't get circumcised. My boyfriend was embarrassed of it, but you really shouldn't be. It actually gives me more pleasure than a circumcised penis. I LOVE that he isn't circumcised and I don't think you should get the procedure. Trust me, the girls will absolutely love it!

My husband is not circumcised and I like it that way. By the way, the average erect penis is 6 inches, if yours is 8-9 inches then you don't have a short one.

thank you for your replies.. it helps me a lot.. however,, do u think if there is any chance that my penis will still grow.. i usually pulls the foreskins up because i thought it stops the penis from growing.

The foreskin doesn't stop the penis from growing. You only need to pull it back when gently cleaning the tip.

having surgery because of that is just stupid because you WILL be in so much pain afterwards, and I am just guessing but you probably have a nice penis, because guys are always worrying about the size of there penis! But honestly all that matters is when it's erected!

On average, I think that penises that were circumcised (or permanently retracted) prior to the main growth spurt (around age of puberty, in most cases) develop a larger or more flared penis head than the uncircumcised or those that were circumcised or first retractedafter that age.
This suggests that the foreskin very often does have an effect on the growth and eventual size and shape of the penis.
