Plan b effect on period?

I had sex on march 2nd. (day after I got off my period)Condom broke, but there was only precum. I took plan b one step 12 hours later. Abot 4 days later, I had heavy spotting for 4 days. I am now 12 days late for my period. I have had 8 negative tests. Could I be pregnant? Please help.

penis foreskin not coming back on

Last time when i mastubrated, i pulled my penis foreskin, but then agter a hr or two i tried to pull back the skin and i was successful, but not this time, its not coming back on..also i want to know if it does not come back would it be a problem as penis head is very sensitive.
