on my right upper back leg i have a rash that comes and goes,little bumps ,itches bad at times ,i have try neo ,cortizone everything ,i even put poison ivy med on it ,it will dry it up and then it comes right back ,i m so sick of it ,what is it ?i guess i will go to er and fine out ,i cant take it no more ,can some one help me out with this,it is marking my back leg up ,
