I’m 16 and a virgin with penile discharge???? i have inflated lymph nodes in the groin and neck

i think i may have penile discharge, also with inflated lymph nodes in the groin and neck. I am also circumcised, but always have been so. What could this be, since I haven’t ever had sex? Also could this be the reason why I can’t orgasm?
