Foreskin doesn't retract when erect

I'm 12 years old and uncircumcised.  My foreskin covers my head completely when it's erect.  My foreskin isn't tight and I can easily retract it with my hand.  I read in health class that the foreskin retracts when you are erect.  Is something wrong with my foreskin.
