Bump or lump in the underside of my penis, it doesn't hurt

Im 14 and i just noticed a bump/lump in the underside of my penis . It doesnt hurt but squeezing does make it hurt a bit. Im really scared and dont want to make a big scene ( I regularly masturbate) If any solutions i would love to know as its really bugging me and i cant have a peace of mind

Red Lump on Penis, I had unprotected intercourse, but my partner has no bumps

Does your skin actually loosen up if you retract your penis more?

I mean I couldn't retract my penis skin before but I was able to do it once. I have probably done it 3 times already thus far, but my penis skin does not feel like it's loosening up. I still cannot retract my penis skin with ease. Is this normal? Should I give it more time or something?
