I am uncircumcised, and the foreskin has splits and very sore... its heals on its on when covering the head, but whenever I need to pee, once I streach it back it splits all over again.. and it won't stay pulled back on its own.. what will help it heal?????

I'm honestly not sure what is is to be exact. It's colored like I smudged ink on it and it's settled for a few days. It sort of looks like a vein with a smudge brown pigmentation on it.
