semen blocked after injury

I am 20 years old.when iwas 13 years i was hit by a cricket ball straight into my pennies which cause a lot of pain later gradually decreased. The day evening when i started urinating there its like a shock wave passed from my pennies to my brain.i immediately stopped pissing and didn't urinate for the next one day.i didn't tell that to any one.the next day when it is urgent to urinate i prayed the lord and started to piss and there was a mild pain and the urine was not straight it was bent left side it was thin pass may be the passage of urine in pennies was obstucted by swelling in it from then the urine was thin and ididnt get the sperm out any time but in the wet dream i get it out because pennies dont become big when we are in dream (i woke up one time when it is ejaculating it is only a small pennies) so the problem is may be the hole is wider when my pennies are small and when they erect the hole becomes narrow or some swelling is blocking the path.till now i didnt tell that to my parents or anyone.plz help are there any surgeries to enlarge my hole and rectify my blockage?
