Red warm to touch rash on inner thighs and behind my knees.

I have been dealing with this rash for 3 days now. It's only on my legs. Worst on my inner thighs. It's also behind my knees and down the insides of my calfs as well. I have tried warm water aveeno and allergy meds. Also put anti itch cream like cortizone 10 and it's not helping any ideas?
