i want to ask that , when i masturbate my foreskin gets retraced but just after ejaculation foreskin does not comeback fully(roll back) to cover penis.as in case of paraphimosis , but after 2-3 minutes i can easily pull it back normally to cover my penis . is my case is also of paraphimosis?
