Ok first off i know im circumcised. I know because thats the only question i managed to man up and ask my mom about. The only thing is I could bring my self to ask about the problem I have. Well on the head of my penis i have a piece of skin attaching to my penis. I've done alot of reading and all I can find is information about people with uncircumcised penis like this. This piece of skin does not go around the bottom of the whole head. It only goes mostly around the back facing me. There is a small slit in it half way where i can see in under the skin a little bit. Basically it look like it would come loose after a period of time of pulling. Im to scared to see a doctor or confront my mom about this. Im 18 and I have a lot of girl friends that i cant start a true relationship with because im to scared to get really close with them and get humiliated or turn down.

I'm not quite sure what you mean, but the skin could be just left over from when you were circumcised. If it hasn't caused you any problems up until now then it's probably nothing. It could be just scarring left over or you might still have your frenulum.

Hey, i have exactly the same problem, i can only see around the back of the bottom of the head of my penis, I've tried pulling it, and it came down some more, but hurt a lot, so I'm sure it can be cured, please help!
