I was wondering how much is the average foreskin because i think i have too much, it covers the whole head and hangs off a bit more and was wondering if there is anyway to lessen the foreskin without getting circumcised.

My penis is average or better most of the time when soft. But sometimes during the day I can feel it getting smaller in length for a while. It has nothing to do with the temperature. Anybody have this happen? Anything I can do to improve?
