has anyone ever had blister like pulps under the head of their penis? I did and I thought it was herpes, but my doctor said it wasn't, couldn't tell me what it was though. I have them for about 4 days and they usually clear up. Happens bout once every 5 or 6 months. Could anyone please advise...

ingrown hair ?

i have these skin colored bumps on the base of the shaft and scrotum of my penis. some have a hair coming out of them. are these ingrown hairs (if so is there a cure?) or something else? im 16 and ive never had sex.
