Recently (in about a week or so...) I had a irregular red spot on the head my penis... It was about 8mm long and it didnt burn or itch. about 6 days ago the spot disapered I was very happy, but now... Almost everytime I urinate I get a itch on the top of the head, inside on the urethra... I dont know what it is but its getting me scared!
I thought of an infection, but there is no blood comming out... its just really annoying...
Also very rarely I have a pain in the head of my penis like someone was poking a finger nail into it... Its not very painfull, its more like a little pain...
I dont know what it is but my first fear in penile cancer... there are no lumps or spots, but there is a little spot( not a lump) on my left testicle that when I touch it gives me pain that gradually fades in 15 minutes...
Im 16 years old and im a virgin, please someone help!!!
