lump on rabbits back

All of my three children own rabbits. And this morning, while I was stroking one of them I found quite a lump on its back. I did noticed they had been fighting and they do share a pen. Could this have anything to do with the lump? I can't see an obvious wound or anything like that...

My hamster will just start squeaking really loud out of nowhere. I heard that hamsters only squeak when they are in pain stressed out or scared, bur I haven't made any changes to her life and when.she is on a free run I watch her every second. I'm worried, is something wrong with her? Please help
