duphaston and aspirin for pregnancy

My doctor advise me to take duphaston 10mg twice a day and aspirin 81mg 3x a week for the 1trimester because i had miscarriage before when im 11weeks of pregancy last 2012. Im so worried about taking aspirin so i decided not to take aspirin. Is this safe for me not to follow the doctors order?

I'm 17 and I have read various things that say its dangerous to be pregnant younger than 18 and there is a higher chance to have an unhealthy baby. I really want a healthy baby in April 2015. Is what I've read true? :(

I'm just wondering what type of bleeding would be normal. Like I know you can't have your actual period of course.    Just asking because I think there might be a chance I'm about 16 weeks pregnant but I haven't took a test because I've had bleeding but not normal bleeding I have during my period....
