Should i be worried about birth defects after taking methotrexate

I had to take methotrexate after I had a miscarriage. I was given the drug on 11/12 and on 11/20. My hormone level went back to normal. I am now showing a positive pregnancy test. Could I be pregnant so soon after having methotrexate and if so should I be worried about birth defects.

I'm 1 month pregnant and my last period was on jan. 10th..had sex with my best friend on the 16th..but didn't cum in me..I actually stopped him..anyway my husband and had sex the rest of jan. And on February 18th found out I was prego....so who do you guys think the father is?
